Sunday, May 18, 2008Was much too tired to blog yesterday, hence a belated co outing post+stayover at cg's place+random other stuff post now. Ok, let's try and remember things in chronological order. I went for driving simulation lesson and parallel parking+slope lesson on Friday! The driving simulation lesson seriously reminded me of a bad arcade game where everyone's aim is to kill you/crash your car. So lots of giving way and driving at slow (20km/hr) speeds (partially due to the unreactiveness of car) and trying not to get dizzy from the not so good graphics. The rest of the day was mildly horrible for certain reasons but I managed to watch Iron Man at night (the relationship bit of the show could completely have been taken out and it would still have been cool) and satisfy my egg mayo sandwich craving plus make it to cg's house before 11! Though by the time I reached and took my third bath for the day, she was too nua to bake anymore. Typical cg-y things like tudou and more tudou were done before we went to sleep. Oh! She has a really fat squishy strawberry (that doesn't bounce) that is humongous and takes up lots of space when you're trying to sleep. I think it voluntarily rolled off to give me more space, but I might be wrong. (sorry cg! didn't mean to bully your strawberry!) Breakfast the next day was interesting, ate lots and lots of stuff, which was why I didn't feel hungry during lunch time. We were late! Actually that's not the surprising bit, the surprising bit was XXX, YYY and ZZZ were early! Was very nice to see lots of people from last time and as much as I wanted to go play ball/something. The weather was too hot and I was being nice and pei-ing cg. ^^ Anyway, jiahao is an evil bridge player. Good, but evil. Walking around the beach is more fun in the evenings than mornings and getting into the water at night is icky cos you can't see what you're stepping on/is beside/under you. I'm terrible at describing feelings/events properly now but in spite of my complaints about yesterday's events (before yesterday) I'm quite thankful I went and really, THANKS NF! for organising it. Logistics must have been hell. |
