Clementine: Too many guys think I'm a concept, or I complete them, or I'm gonna make them alive. But I'm just a fucked-up girl who's lookin' for my own piece of mind; don't assign me yours.
Joel: I remember that speech really well.
Clementine: I had you pegged, didn't I?
Joel: You had the whole human race pegged.
Clementine: Hmm. Probably.
Joel: I still thought you were gonna save my life... even after that.

Heh, I spent most of the front part of the movie rooting for them, then decided in the end that they weren't very good for each other.. =X Of course Elijah Wood's character was worse, the pervy guy, but a lesser of two evils is still evil. I was wondering about the bit at the back, that they just kept starting relationships (with each other), erasing each other when it ended then started again. I guess it doesn't fit in with the conventional idea of happily ever after, but it's still some sort of forever isn't it?

Movie marathons are quite fun, and I realised drinking by yourself is mildly depressing. I'm still sensitive to cold temperatures (china how???) and not sleeping for an entire night makes for depressing and lethargic shopping the next day. That said, I'd like to do it again someday. =)
