Saturday, April 07, 2007Today I woke up knowing I was going to be sick. It's not the same sort of sick as running a temperature and having to see the doctor. It's more of the feeling you get when you don't sleep enough, have things to do that you aren't quite keen on doing and wake up early in the morning (early enough anyway) with a runny nose and red watery eyes. That was the sort of sick I felt this morning. Time at tuition seemed to pass quite slowly as both the kid and I kept staring at the clock, willing for the hands to move quickly so both our agony could be shortened. 新姑解除了婚约 indeed.. Anyway I went for an extremely filling lunch at Ellenborough Market Cafe, which was great, food and all, except I somehow managed to end up sneezing lots after lunch. The rainy weather didn't help much either. =( Still feeling a bit under the weather even after a nap and skipping dinner. =( Gave up on practical lessons for the moment after advice from xiaolee to spread out my prac lessons after I book my test date. So in the meantime I'm mugging my final theory paper so I can book my test date and continue with practical lessons that will probably involve more mounting of kerbs and stuff. The reversing and parking parts look hard.. =( |
