Wednesday, September 20, 2006Only left with LEP S on Friday and I'm already in the holiday mood.. Actually after LEP last week jiu you dian bu xiang du shu le.. =X Anyway while I was mugging for prelims, I realised I koped quite a few sets of notes from my beloved seniors.. (which I will return you after my As, I promise!! X) ) My room looks completely messy, filled with books and files and tyses.. But apparently a messy table signifies a clear mind, so all's good. =) Went to watch The Banquet today and depending on what you want to watch it for, it's a good/bad movie. (Duh.) Besides the few people I like (ie Zhou Xun, Daniel Wu and Huang Xiao Ming), the rest of the movie was a tad plotless for my liking and much too bloody. Why is it the last two movies we've watched after the exams both deal with despotic violent rulers? The Banquet involved a lot of people dying in various gruesome ways, including all the main characters.. I'm thinking that they had a lot of extra fake blood to spread around so everyone got a bit, then it seeped and dripped through bridges, dissolved in the water, melted the snow.. But after the movie was fun, I like talking to my classmates and I think I'm going to miss them to bits when we leave.. It's about 2 months till we'll officially leave this school, finish our A levels and probably find it extremely hard to meet up as a class again. The guys will go for NS, people will go overseas and everyone will be busy. =( I'm starting to miss my class already. |
