Sunday, August 06, 2006Oops, I had an extremely sinful and decadent weekend, thanks to jts on Friday and dinner outside on Saturday. Perhaps I should attempt to starve myself of dinners the rest of the week to make up for it.. =X Just kidding. Anyway, jts was quite a success I guess, nearly the entire senior exco turned up (I wonder why..) and we had good conversations going at both tables (I assume) with random photo taking after that.  (The background looks quite cool right? Interesting effect from liqin's phone's camera) Not to mention we had lots of food, ie sharing 拉面 with people, in addition to the table ordering 小笼包，烧麦，饺子，春卷 and 甜品 etc. Anyway I love the present chuanhan and stella bought, it's so cute la! X) Now I have an eeyore, a piglet and pooh! Heh, although only one of them (aka pooh) acts as a speaker as well, but they're all huggable and squishy!  Aw-worthy isn't it? (ignore the messy setting, it was done on purpose to make pooh stand out) Anyway I sort of realise that the things I gave them and what the gave us were all Winnie the Pooh themed. Delin got Eeyore speakers and I gave them Piglet bedroom slippers.. Of course the shampoo was the odd one out but never mind. Saturday was even more decadent as I ate tiramisu at  ! It tasted great by the way, loved the coffee bit.. X) As you can tell, after finishing something like that, and the enormous dinner on Friday, skipping dinner the rest of the week should be highly justified.. Heh. Anyway yesterday was the opening night of the Singapore Fireworks Festival 2006, and it was definitely a family event, with all the little kids screaming everytime the fireworks appeared. Bengsy would have adored the pedophilic opportunities.. XP I loved the glittery fireworks and those that popped(?) more than once! Now at least I'll have a nice memory to cling on to while I start sinking into the depths of muggy-ness.. =S人生本是昙花一现的旅程，可是如果活得有如烟火般精彩，那又何妨？=) |
