Saturday, May 06, 2006Hm, my blog feels pretty abandoned after a few angst filled entries. But I guess the situation doesn't feel that bad anymore? Maybe it's my change in attitude, or maybe it's just because I've heard passionate voices declaring they don't want it this way either. Maybe that's what makes me feel better. Anyway with all the horrible stuff that happened, this has been a pretty good week. =) We had a nice CT session, with an a capella group from NUS that sang lots of nice songs. =) Although I think we weren't a very responsive audience, but it was definitely swoon worthy. Haha, muppet was commenting that a guy who could a) sing b) write songs c) play an instrument d) all of the above, would have a definite advantage over those who couldn't. =X I think it was the best CT session we've had so far. =) And besides that, we actually had PE on Thursday! This was an extremely miraculous affair as we've had a horrible track record for PE due to weather and other events clashing coincidentally with our PE slots. Anyway the only reason why PE was fun was that we finally got to play games (cos napfa is over and all), and the guys gave in to us to play captain's ball, then we gave in to them and played soccer. Soccer was extremely amusing because the space was so small and everyone who didn't really know how to play was randomly kicking the ball! Beng scored a goal without even moving a muscle, and I think the rest of us exercised more by laughing than anything else during that game. X) Heh, I love times like these. Curriculum stipulated time to play! =) Harmoc concert was last night too! I think the pieces were all quite nice =) Of course I liked 枫, and Doraemon reminded of CO's 小叮当 all over again. Seeing all the performing arts put up concerts, I'm reminded of our own impending concert. Hm, it is quite hard to reconcile your ideals with that of someone else's, and especially if they have already condemned something, it's just meaningless to fight back. )= Everyone sees the problem, but nothing seems to be done about it. So much easier to condemn yourself and hope things get better the next batch. =X Hao xiang shi wo men de cuo, ke shi zhe zhong shi neng wo men zen me shuo jiu zen me suan de ma? =S Oh well. |
