Saturday, October 15, 2005Hmm, yesterday was a rather eventful day, and was also the first day that I ponned school! The entire day anyway, although the entire school day consisted only of assembly and an hour and twenty minutes of Lindy Hop. So whilst the people that went to school were in school, I was sleeping contentedly, snug and warm under my blanket... Woke up 3 entire hours later than I normally would if I went to school, ate my breakfast, watched morning cartoons, then went off to muppet's house. Actually I only watched one cartoon, the Arthur one about a bunch of school going animals? And I only managed to watch one story before I decided that it was time to go.. Upon reaching the bus stop where I had to get off, I called liqian and asked him where he was, since he claimed to have been in front of the mosque too. But after a while he sort of realised it was the wrong bus stop, and me, kai ling and weiquan had to wait for him to find his way. Heh, this is quite comforting considering I think that my sense of direction is quite non existant.. Anyway, yesterday was a horrible mahjong day! I didn't win a single round.. =( Maybe it's because I was happily reading my library book on the way there. Which reminds me, Hitchhiker's guide is nice! And I borrowed Virgin Suicides, luo tuo xiang zi and er..some sci fi book which title eludes me for the moment. But it was so horrible! As in I kept losing, and accidentally throwing out winning tiles for other people.. =( Hai, nvm at least we weren't playing with money or stuff.. Went with kai ling to join meat, beng, shell, xueyi, pohjee and veron at kbox later. Where er people got high really fast, and we realised that 184 and 186 club actually all still refer to 183 club.. Then in the absence of gayness, there was les-ness, and dancing, hopping around and of course the er mimi yan waiter.. Then there's video and photographic references too.. XD Of course no blackmail... -crosses fingers- Heh. Left early to join alice and bp for dinner! -love them both to bits- So we sat and talked and talked through dinner, after dinner. Then when boonpin left, alice and I moved to kap to talk somemore. And if you haven't seen the newly renovated kap, it looks quite nice. There are parts of it which look a bit like a food court and a part that looks like a cafe. But anyway, it's quite nice, with cushioned chairs and egg like chairs with holes where your butt should be.. And because of construction we moved again to the steps outside kap. Heh, actually it was quite fun cos we just talked and talked about lots of stuff. Caught up with each other's lives and all... =) It was a nice day all in all, definitely a happy thought to keep in mind with the upcoming next week stuff looming on the horizon.. Running off for bbq now.. Or soon anyway, heh. Hope it doesn't rain or stuff. |
