Thursday, October 06, 2005Heh, to sum the promos up in one word - screwed. To sum it up in many more - (add desired superlative of choice and multiply as desired) screwed. How are the promos screwed? Let me count the ways... Oh wait, I can't. My math isn't that good either. Actually right, these promos have given me lots of firsts in my entire schooling life. Considering they're my first (hopefully only) C1 promos... Well, I've never ever done a science paper before and written till my hands ache. I've never not looked at the questions for mcq and shaded the optical answer sheet anyway. I've also ended up with a minute/less than a minute per question for mcq. Nor not finished my mcq. Nor have I ever rushed through a paper so horribly that my essay is entirely illegible. It's so horrible that even I don't think I can decipher it... Hope the teacher's don't take away marks for illegibility, if they can read it in the first place. But like beng said, I really feel like I dui bu qi our bio tutor... =( She's so nice, did so much for us, and I think we're (at least I'm) going to do quite badly for bio. Not to mention the rest of our other subject tutors as well... =( Haiz, was quite put off by the past few days of examinations and so I took this afternoon off. Went to the library to borrow some books to read, then went to the playground to read.. Swings are really quite fun to play on.. =) Quite liberating I guess, and makes you think about less stuff. Then after that I walked back home? Walking is er therapeutic and gives you lots of time to think about stuff. Even through I think I inhaled quite a lot of exhaust.. And it's nicer to walk in the cool evening or at night or early in the morning when there are lesser people, less sun and less traffic. Hmm, but overall I'm feeling better! And that means I should be plunging back into mugging mode for the next few days until the last paper. Hopefully I can still concentrate, while everyone else is... Done. |
