Tuesday, September 13, 2005Promos look quite bleak at the moment. Heh. They'll probably look bleaker as the days go by. 2 weeks plus a few days left to promos. For a moment I thought I had 9 subjects to deal with again, then I remembered I had 4. Which evens out to about 3 days per subject, and they aren't even full days? More like little bits of time I squeeze out from after classes, from studying spa, doing tutorials (yes I still do tutorials), studying for lecture/small tests etc. And the interesting bit is that in order for me to do relatively well for my overall grade, I have to get extremely high As for 3/4 of my subjects? The other subject I have to do tremendously well in to get a decent A level pass. <- Guess the subject! From this I realise that firstly, messing up your block tests is baaad... Even if you do fantastically well for lecture tests, it won't help much. Not that you shouldn't do well for lecture tests. In fact you should aim to do well for everything. Aim. Heh, whether or not you eventually do well is another matter all together. Anyway, secondly, promos are very very heavy! So doing badly is not a preferred alternative at all. =( High As for promos? -shakes head- |
