Thursday, April 07, 2005Yay! Congratulate me, I'm busy. Happily busy. =) Being busy makes me feel wanted, and the good thing is that everything I'm busy with, I'm interested in. I kind of regret not taking an active interest in my life before, letting circumstances dictate my actions and just going with the general flow. Now I'm involved! But then again, I've got a lot of commitments now, and things just seem to overlap and overlap. Perhaps I'm trying to get myself occupied again, going home early after school and stoning in front of the computer doesn't equate to a day of fun for me. I need to be doing something relatively constructive, or be with people whose company I enjoy. I am now: -doing preparations for xiao pin -lianning for syf + sparks -helping out with LEP o2 -helping out with the class cip activity -asst ct rep (courtesy of sabotage/revoting by the class) -supposed to go for an interview for LEP scholarship/immersion programme Went back to ny for the first time this term, to listen to dizi. I was very to see (or rather not see) any of them referring to pus, since they all memorised it already. I was very happy that they were all taking syf very seriously, and I'm proud of the effort they put in for syf. Don't worry about the hou ban pai bit ok people? Just focus, stay alert and listen and everything will turn out fine. On the other hand I feel slack, like I'm not putting in enough effort for syf. Somehow I feel like I don't deserve to be here, something that could have been very probable if other dizi people stayed. =( I miss having very regulated practises, with someone in front telling you what to do and basically helping you to coordinate and blend seamlessly with the orchestra. All I can do now is to lian on the days I don't have co, especially since xhc ends this saturday, I should be more free. I'm a bit sad as well, that nearly all the activities are crammed on mondays, wednesdays, fridays and saturdays... Then my tuesdays and thursdays seem quite empty in comparison. Tomorrow's first four periods will be gone for council elections. I wish there was something we could do during that period... Maybe we'll discuss xhc or something. OH well I'm about to fall asleep in front of the computer... Yes, once again, so I shall not deny myself this sleep and go already... |
