Saturday, February 12, 2005Woke up very unwillingly at 7 this morning, then finally dragged myself out of bed at 715. Managed to be the earliest to meet at Chinese Gardens at slightly past 845 whilst everyone else was late(r). Then cos caina went to send her dear off, there was only ger, junhua and I on the train crapping to simei. Which reminds me, the turnout this year is quite sad, only 4 people? Whilst last time had erm, much more if I don't remember wrongly, and we didn't ostra laoshi as much this year. Anyway, we reached his house, bainian-ed sat down and yakked a bit. Then bo xiang came out! =) Haha, laoshi's son is really cute lohz, then his hair cut very erm... Gu dai sort. It was only one tuft in the middle, like those gu dai kids liddat. Then he was being polite and called all of us jie jie =) But called someone ah yi (auntie)... Anyway we sat and yakked for a while about co related stuff, then we asked laoshi if he had dimo, so we thought we were going to buy from him, but he gave us two packets each! For free! So now I have dimo =) Then his hong bao money increased by erm 60%! Lalalaz, quite fun lahz. And junhua's brownies are edible, despite being slightly burnt. After that we went for lunch at sakae sushi, then went to walk around at orchard. Met a lot a lot of people there, I think I met close to 15 people I know, or at least look familiar to me. Anyway ger had to buy her angel mortal gifts, and junhua had to buy tc + caina's presents which we were sharing anyway. Thankfully I finished all my shopping on Friday, but I shall not publicise what I bought because... Well people read yeah? And anyway, people owe me money! Which means I should be slightly richer on monday =) This makes me feel better, and not so poor, especially when my mum went to deposit most of my piggy bank money into my bank account. Oh well. Today's quite a fun day, just quite tiring because of how early I woke up this morning... -yawn- And now I have to rush homework and tutorials for Monday, haiz. |
