*points to first post* I'm a big fat liar. So there.

Oral was less intimidating than expected, I slipped over a few words for reading, but I went really slowly this time, and tried to read it properly with expression, so I'm just hoping for the best. The passage was about Mr Min from the Day Care Centre and his knee problem, so he approached a Mrs Harrison ( who was married to an Englishman and spend PART of her time in the country) who was a REFLEXOLOGY specialist to help him treat his foot. Then later they talked about LASER surgery, ULTRASOUND, ACUPUNCTURE etc and about Mrs Harrison's cousin, Lily, who was a reflexologist wannabe and decided to compromise and use Mr Min as a practice subject.

The picture was of this nursing home for the disabled, with three women (facing the camera) helping one wheelchair bound man and another senior citizen with a cane massage their feet.

Conversation was fun though, they asked about an accident I had been involved in, so I recounted about the time when I smashed my chin on the floor and got taken to the hospital to have it stitched up. Then they asked if I believed in alternative medicine, so I sort of narrowed it down to Chinese medicine and said yes, because it didn't just cure symptoms, but rather went to the root of the problem. Then they asked if I knew of anyone who goes for these treatments and I brought up my grandma who has rheumatism and goes for acupuncture sessions, and I think it went quite well, because they were sort of laughing and wincing a bit when I recounted the smashed chin incident. Oh well, I hope I did okay, because I felt like I did okay, since the teachers were smiling and I was trying to maintain eye contact etc...

I have somehow lost the concept of time and think it's Wednesday (wendsday) when it's in actual fact Tuesday (teusday) and that prelims start next Wednesday (wendsday) instead of Thursday (tHursday) which is it's actual date. In any case, prelims seem very surreal, like I'm having an out of body experience (which I am not) and it just feels strange... That 4 years have gone by so fast, but there's more time for reminiscing later, after I finish mugging my stuff for the day.
